  • Limited English translations however this only slightly detracted from the experience as there were audio assisted headphones available at the desk. Not for the faint of heart or children as it is visually rather traumatic and gruesome, however it is incredibly interesting and the best way to source information on forensic matters. I would highly recommend taking the challenge to find this museum and attend as the locals are very friendly and ready to assist, and if it interests you then the pay off is well worth it.
  • Very cool collection, worth a stop for sure! This place really is great and pack full of oddities. The anatomy building is really where it’s at for me, such a wild collection packed so densely. 200 baht, for 300 you get access to the history museum near the river as well, very worth the price.
  • If you have a strong stomach or an interest in forensic or medical science this is the place for you! Was a little tricky to find as it's within many buildings but the locals are very friendly and helpful and the museum provides maps on arrival. 5 museums to look at with different themes for each - there's not alot of English translations but if your wanting a look around at some interesting things a couple of hours here would be well worth it! 200 baht p/p (no photos allowed though)
  • I visited the Siriraj Medical Museum last year. It's a unique museum, not necessarily for the faint of heart. A lot of the information is in Thai, and the English signs do not always correspond to the information written in Thai so it can be hard to know what is presented versus what is left out (maybe go with your bilingual friend). That being said, it was a fascinating trip and I was able to spend much more time than I expected exploring the museum. The information on the 2004 tsunami was especially interesting. Be warned before entering that section of the museum, there is quite a collection of very graphic photos involving terrible accidents (mutilated bodies from propellers, etc). The ticket price gets you access to another small section of the museum which is detached from the main part - essentially a room with different artifacts and information on prehistory and early humans in Southeast Asia. Again, it is interesting although somewhat haphazardly arranged and not always presented in English.
  • Very very interesting. They censure nothing, so i wouldn't take children to this museum. From birth defects to murder victims (pics) and many more. Admition fee as of Feb. 2019 was 200 Bhat. I spent there about 2.5-3 hours.
