  • Frequented mainly by locals. Lots of small restaurants and bars in converted shophouses with fairly reasonable prices. Very busy so good to people watch.  more »
  • The Chao Phraya River Road If tourists are popular. Like walking over the car seat. Can see in this district very appropriate because there are restaurants at the property in the price level and the local Museum, the 4-5 can walk continuously to Sanam Luang and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, which is a short walk from forget about tiresome go! Also, if a passenger boat, it can be like choosing the thapra Sunday to the major attractions. River, Lord God.

  • We stayed for one week in a hotel on this road. The road is noisy and polluted. Not sure why this place should be considered as a major activity in Bangkok? There are hundereds of other roads in Bangk...  more »

  • Clean, enormous, air conditioned rooms, close to most of what you would come to see, there is no Thai scam to be found in this lovely friendly gentle place. Secluded yet close to the chaos. Located just across the street from the river, near the Grand Palace, National Museum, and the Khao San. Catch a longboat to explore the waterways, grab a tuk tuk to Thompson's House. Sneak through the university campus at the south end of the road and along the river to the amulet market. Good morning coffee and breakfasts served down on the street. Also search Pra, Phra and Athit, Arthit.
