  • Shame on you for taking payment and not informing customers of the school groups inside. We would not have spent so much money had we known what awaited us. As for your "customer services" manager, and how she responded to my complaint - shocking. Condescending and rude. If a customer asks why they weren't informed about school groups inside before they bought tickets, to tell them that they didn't have to inform anybody as "everybody knows school groups come in the week" and that we "aren't even at full capacity" (what, it gets worse?) is just a terrible response. The very least you could do is say that you hope to correct this and inform paying customers in future. But that's not going to happen, is it? Getting that cash is far more important. We don't recommend people spend their money at this establishment.
  • Kids loved it. It's essentially a self contained mall within a mall. Probably pitched better for 6 - 10 year olds and caters well for patient adults. Minimum 4 hours to do it justice and could easily stretch to 8 hours of kid entertainment. Real coffee shop and McD's in the area. Centre caters well for English AND Thai speaking children......despite some other reviews. Would we come back............yes!
  • It's relatively big and not very crowded on a weekday. Each session is also between 15-20mins, so pretty fast and can clear quite a number of establishments in a day.
  • My 5 year old loved every bit of the role playing! It's extremely popular with kids! One must come with a lot of time in hand. I saw 2 parents who hoped to leave their two kids (4 and 5 probably) and go off for some alone time but that's impossible to even imagine !
  • My kids loved this place. It had a good logic for kids. They worked to get money and used their money to buy Sushi, McDonald, soda, green tea, peanut, milk. However, I would love if they provide more healthy food than these types such as pasta, smoothies, bread, and vegetable. I also found out that English skills of some staff needed to be improved since this place is considered "international." Because I heard that my daughter was told that "see you" = ลาก่อน it was funny BTW.
