  • Take the local boat to get around town. Beats the BTS and taxi any day. Its super cheap and great fun too. A slice of Bangkok life. Super convenient if you need to go to Bobae market or Pratunam area....  more »
  • Much good straight into the heart of the matter: is far from clean, waiting on the wharf you can have ups heart, water is black from black, matte black, things and others float, now it's an experience once in a lifetime we're in Bangkok, traffic is HORRIBLE, it goes very quickly in the end and it changes. So yes it is tight with plenty of Thai, yes it's filthy and we take water splashes (do not hesitate to draw the curtains as the Thai like to take dirty water on them and belittle the when the boat slowed down) climb inside tickets are bought inside. I loved even though it was grimy ahahah
