Great Thai hospitality. Great food at affordable price. Place was not too crowded. Nice ambience throughout. Many things to eat, shop and see. Boat ride was nice. A must try.

I like the place. it's not overcrowded, walking felt spacious. The place is clean and most tenants are very friendly. if u were to ride the boat to go around the river take the private one for 100thb/person, around 20 minutes ride and you can take great pictures on the boat without having to disturb others. I didn't get the chance to grab something to eat but I'm sure the food are decent as it is interesting and people seem to enjoy it. the only downside of this place is the traffic getting into the place.

If you are in Bangkok during a weekend, a place absolutely to see. I haven't see that much food in one place in my life XD, a lot of locals also come for food as well. Great ambiance!!!!

It is nothing like the touristic floating market but has the charm of local market. There is the boat canal tour and is highly recommended. Eating is the highlight for visiting the market, sitting on a little wooden stool under a thatched roof and ordering delicious dishes are really good fun and exotic experience. Very nice!

As a commercial, cultural, and tourist center, Bangkok offers a great diversity of accommodations. For long established and chain hotels, try Sukhumvit Road and the areas surrounding the central Siam Square, where budget and luxury rooms are available in abundance. If you are looking for the backpacker zone, head to Khaosan Road, where you'll find a wealth of inexpensive, simple accommodations surrounded by businesses tailored to traveler's needs.
