  • Our tuk tuk driver asked virbei to look nothing actually wanted to buy, but had a very good seller. Unfortunately, all weights are rather ver comfortable and unfashionable. Great shirts for fabric selection, but as I said at suits cuts very old-fashioned.

  • Nice service for nice suits If you go to Bangkok and are in need of a nice suit, you should visit this place. In the begining, maybe too heavy on a commercial way But The result is there.....
  • As some comments we also got there "animated" by tuk tuk group that invented a story to convince you. Even before we had idea that was the store... But a time that you share the door are such good sellers... Or at least the q we had to us that even entering intending to buy anything... We left with 3 shirts and 2 pants man and 2 shirts, 1 dress and trousers for women. The best facilities that give you to get it in record time and well feel the clothes! Not is the name of the guy that we attended or dressmaker (photos) but the person that led us to the hotel (Jimmy) was also very friendly

  • I made my weddingdress and a beautiful Bolero here. I could choose the shape, the tissues and the details so that I have a dress exactly as I wished. Good contact and communication! The frequent informations about the progress made on the dress were very appreciable. The taylor sent it me on time to Switzerland (no duty fees) where I could make small adjustment. Just think about the price of the dry cleaning at home which is not included and necessary on white silk.
  • Went there after a (legitimate) recommendation from our hotel to see about having a few casual dresses "cloned" from a dress we already had. They seem to specialize in formal wear because their selection of cotton fabrics was almost completely limited to shirt material (block colors, check, stripe, herringbone) and colors (whites, blues, reds). We were told 9500 baht for 2 basic, unlined dresses which seemed outrageously expensive to us so we turned down the offer and left. They did try to convince us to look at their design books and get fitted for other products, but it was acceptable and not overly insistant.
  • My girlfriend and I had a similar experience with the cheap tuk tuk ride to all the sights followed by pressure to visit the shop. The difference is: we basically knew what the score was from the very beginning. So we bought some beers and had a good ol time visiting temples then ended up at the tailor. The driver basically told us "look I get paid if you guys go in there whether you buy or not." When we got inside they gave us more free beer which was awesome. They tried selling me the whole suit package which I had no need for. But one thing I actually can never find is a good fitting short sleeve dress shirt. I'm too tall for most medium sized shirts and too thin to fill out a large size. Maybe the booze helped the decision but I decided to roll the dice and turn over $30 USD for a short he promised to deliver that evening to my hotel. Much to my surprise, the shirt arrived as promised at about 7 pm that evening. The size is spot on. Usually shirts that fit me this well around the chest show my belly button. The fabric seems decent to me although I'm no expert. It's stood up to one wash dry cycle so far and I'm wearing it in Phuket right now as I write this review. Is the business model deceptive? Yeah. Can they make a good suit? I don't know. Can they make a pretty good shirt? Yes. Just don't let them over charge you
  • !!! BEWARE !!! Fraud by professional actors!!! I’m not used to writing reviews on the internet, but this experience was SO TERRIBLE, that I absolutely HAVE TO!! Hopefully it can save some people from falling into this NASTY TOURIST TRAP! So here’s the story: After leaving the Wat Pho temple, a guy selling hats asked us where we’re about to go to. The grand palace, which is next by, has closed for the next two hours, he told us (first LIE of many!). So he recommended some other sights we could go to meanwhile. „Ahh, and you know what: The thai fashion factory, which produces tailor-made suits for Thailand’s high society has a big celebration. They’re open for tourists for one week only! Haven’t you watched TV yesterday?? You guys are so lucky!!“ … Seconds later he had a tuktuk driver organized for us to go to the recommended sights - „But don’t pay more than 30 baht per person, that would be too expensive!“ That’s hilarous!! The tuktuk driver drove the two of us all around the city for HOURS for only 60 baht (~ 1,50 EUR)!! But wait: We were just about to leave from Wat Saket temple, when the tuktuk driver had to go to the toilet. His tuktuk (where he left us waiting) was „accidently“ blocking a parking car. What a surprise that just after the tuktuk driver left, the owner of this car arrived. „Oh, your tuktuk is blocking my car … aah, don’t worry, I’m not in a hurry“. Then the guy told us his whole story: He works in NY as a laywer, but now he’s in back Bangkok for two weeks to visit his family. „Ah, you speak German? Great, i’ve been to the Oktoberfest in Munich“ … etc. etc. - The story goes on and on, before he asked us, what our next stops will be. We showed him our map. „Aah, you’re going to the fashion company, yeah that’s a great idea!! They produce high end suits, normally only for thai politicians, people from the government and so on. But they’re having a big celebration, so they’re open to the public for one week only. Haven’t you seen the commercials on TV yesterday?? Today’s actually the last day - you should go there directly!!“ Let me keep the rest of the story short: We went there, were promised to get the best suits on the planet („Armani-style“) and both payed 20.000 baht (which is about 500 euros) for a suit (incl. second pants) and four shirts. IN ADVANCE - what a TERRIBLE IDEA!!! The fitting on the next day was just DEVASTATING!! The plastic-like material felt worse than the cheapest suit in my wardrobe. Not to mention that the suits as well as the shirts didn’t fit AT ALL. They were trying to convince us, that they can easily fix it. „Don’t worry, it’ll be fine!“ … after we got back to our hotel we did some research on the internet and read the EXACT SAME STORY (!!!) over and over again e.g. on tripadvisor. Obviously this „company“ is A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TOURIST TRAP. They’re using ACTORS to tell tourists lies and sell them crappy products for a FREAKIN LOT OF MONEY. This is JUST UNBELIEVABLE!!! End of the story: We totally refused to go there again for a second fitting and told them to give us our money back. So far they were not cooperative, which means we have no suits (thank god!) and no money back (surprise, surprise). We’ll forward this case to our credit card company, hoping that they investigate on this. Conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!! These scammers totally RUINED OUR WHOLE HOLIDAY in Bangkok!! (February 2016)
  • Great company. Have been using for twenty years. Recently took back a shirt to copy which they made for me 14 years ago!!! Silk shirts, cotton shirts, suits, tuxedo, sports jackets, they've done all for me. Tailoring is exquisite. (Remember that it's difficult for a tailor in Bangkok to protect their brand - I saw a james tailor in mbk shopping mall which had nothing to do with this one, they have only one branch. So bad reviews could've been for others. I have ordered four times and each time exceptional results for me and my wife. They're not cheap by Thai standards but you get what u pay for. Allow them a week or more. Allow time to check finished garments and for any adjustment which may be needed 24-48hrs is best. Problem is that many people go to tailors as their last thing in Bangkok - should be first, this allows time for he tailor to make, you to check and any adjustment made. Maybe people expect the impossible? A tailor can't be 100% sure how a jacket will hang until he sees you wearing it and can then adjust as needed - especially if ur first visit. Andrew
