  • Most of the shops in Japan restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. If you go here is Japan's most Japan food you can eat, and I think I want to get.

  • It is directly connected to ekkamai station shopping mall. There are many shops in Japan. I think that the Mall can be used for many Japanese live in ekkamai. Max value, tsuruha Pharmacy and daiso. Why marugame noodle is always vacant here. Is undeniable sense of plain and Dowdy compared with central system and collecting, swap shop, various events and youth fashion, is trying its best in the impression I. Would you take here will go by bus to Pattaya, tourists are fewer, high local rates. I am writing as I live, I is tourists (^ _ ^;) Trying to go upstairs so quiet. On the fifth floor clock tower of snowtown and Sapporo Ramen taste (not 客i). Very few people come up to the 5th floor. So packed that is no Café on the floor by some, is where visitors can relax in sudden downpours. Was hesitant to go, there is a food court on the 4th floor is somewhat quiet. Only ~ ~ ~, and came with alacrity, soi19 and good reputation of "Thai ekamai' branch is in here and find out. Until yesterday "modest food court I don't feel like I get!", and said her husband, even though today come up to the fourth floor and excited. Somehow the room than people thought. Well, Pad Thai is some of your eyes are lined up. It is no wait help anywhere Pad Thai shop due to in situ whenever FRY?. Even slower and made by myself, so I will. Is cheap I ordered shrimp with Thai 60 THB!. It is plenty. Oh ekkamai Hooray! The taste was very good. Immediately her husband taught at the Line.

  • This mall has greatly improved from the time it first opened. It's a good place and not too crowded because it does not have the big brands. Enough shops (mostly small local brands) and restaurants (mostly Japanese). It has a big version of Max Value at the G floor.
  • Good place to shop for daily stuff and daily wear brands. Loved the planned floors and the choice of cuisines and restaurants in the food area. Could have been made better by giving more general public area for promotions and small events.
  • Gateway Ekamai is a great place to go to for food and shopping. At the weekends there is a market outside on the 1st floor, between the main entrance and Ekamai BTS Station. It's a good place to come with friends and family, especially around the middle of the day.
  • If you're tired of going to the big brand stores in the big department stores, like Central World or Siam Paragon, here is the good place for you to go and shop in an a/c building. There are a lot of stores with good things to buy although they are not international big brand stores. And you can find things with good prices in those interesting little stores.
  • Bad, I am sick of the shopping malls in Bangkok lying about the food on their menus and hiding the hidden costs. Take note, it's very common for the restaurants in Ekamai to show photos of food that are often much bigger than what they really are, show more food than what's served and have tiny tax and service charges. I have decided to boycott this mall because of this reason. I stay in Bangkok many months of the year and trust me when I say you will get a much better meal, good and drink at a much cheaper price at the medium to large beer gardens around Bangkok. I have been to Japan and the Japanese do not cheat people like the owners of restaurants in this mall. Read the other negative reviews as tourists don't know until it's too late

Where to stay in Bangkok

As a commercial, cultural, and tourist center, Bangkok offers a great diversity of accommodations. For long established and chain hotels, try Sukhumvit Road and the areas surrounding the central Siam Square, where budget and luxury rooms are available in abundance. If you are looking for the backpacker zone, head to Khaosan Road, where you'll find a wealth of inexpensive, simple accommodations surrounded by businesses tailored to traveler's needs. Consider staying at a guesthouse to gain a deeper understanding of Thai life.
