Where to stay in Bangkok

As a commercial, cultural, and tourist center, Bangkok offers a great diversity of accommodations. For long established and chain hotels, try Sukhumvit Road and the areas surrounding the central Siam Square, where budget and luxury rooms are available in abundance. If you are looking for the backpacker zone, head to Khaosan Road, where you'll find a wealth of inexpensive, simple accommodations surrounded by businesses tailored to traveler's needs. Consider staying at a guesthouse to gain a deeper understanding of Thai life.

  • I always go to this market for my lunch because there has a variety of food and small area for shopping. If you would like to find easy dish for your lunch and buy some food for dinner, I recommend yo...  more »
  • It's in between of supermarket and fresh market. Not much stuff to buy, but it's quite a high quality fresh food. Place is clean and lots of parking. Restaurant here is just so so, not bad really.  more »

  • Nice market with some good food options, cafes, and cheap outside eating options. 4 stars because you could find most of the same stuff at better prices elsewhere. Its more of a convenient and gentrified imitation of a Thai outdoor market. Nice place for a walk and a look around though and not a bad place to do some quick shopping in a pinch
  • Good place for shopping and eating. You can select not only very local food in good price but also some good restaurants of other countries.
  • It's a family place. The market is nice and has varieties of goods, either local product, dried products or fresh vegetables and fruits, even clothes. The food court here is superb! Most of the food sold here is really good. Please stop by if you are looking for something to eat, then wanna buy some stuff afterward. Plenty parking spots if you drive here.
  • It's not quite a shopping mall, more a open air market for fresh and cooked food. There is a food court with variety of food. I like to go lunch there at my favorite noodle soup place. And shopping area for cloth and accessories, bank and educational zone are at the rare part. and lots of parking area and building for one or two hours 10baht fee.
  • If you love real Thai food..this Martket is the right choice for you
