Zoo / Aquarium Nature / Park
View more than 2,500 marine creatures at Underwater World Pattaya, an exciting aquarium filled with educational and interactive displays. Get to know the sea's smaller inhabitants at the touch pool, where you can feel small sharks, sea cucumbers, rays, starfish, and more. After a quick hand wash, continue on to see sea otters, stingrays, and giant groupers. Admire nature's artwork in the reef tank, where the colorful coral formations play host to exotic fish, and try to catch a live feeding. Shark, ray, and otter feedings tend to be the most popular and the best seats go early. Put Underwater World Pattaya into our Bang Lamung travel itinerary maker and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

Where to stay in Bang Lamung

Bang Lamung remains a fairly untouristed area save for the two islands of Ko Lan and Ko Phai, and the nearby city of Pattaya, so accommodations are not easy to come by. The central main town of Ko Lan features plenty of hotels, bed and breakfasts, and guesthouses. These vary from budget-friendly to slightly more expensive rooms with amenities such as ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and swimming pools.

  • Our family expected various fishs and nice condition of thier aquarium, but so hot indoor and it is too expensive to spend than that value. We finished watching the fishs just about 30 minutes.  more »

  • Amazing place for small kids. They would definitely love it. One can see small fishes of many kinds, sharks, stingrays, huge fishes of different kinds. There are small tanks along the way to the underground glass viewing tunnel. This tunnel snakes around the park where fishes swim around you and the tunnel passes under this big fish tank. You are separated from the fishes by a thick wall on three sides, top and left & right.
  • Good place for kids. Not so fancy but well designed. Good animal selection. Can easily spend a couple of hours.
  • Very good and one of the must visit place in pataya. People who loves sea, and sea animal this is the place you must visit. Here you can find real essence to see natural sea animal without touching the water. You just need to walk through a tunnel and surrounding is full of water and sea animal.
  • One of the best places to visit when you're in Thailand. There are variety of aquatic animals and fishes. Giving four star because most of words are written in Thai which is difficult for international tourist to understand.
  • Excellent aquarium and place to see aquatic life closely. Walk through Glass tunnels to see fish swim above you. Overwhelming experience.
