  • Wat Phra Ram is the temple I probably spent the most time at. For quite a while, I was the only person in the entire complex. After a day of going to temples full of other tourists, it's nice to find ...  more »

  • One of the must see temples in Ayutthaya. Just beware the scammers in front of the reclining Buddha.
  • Temple of the Reclining Buddha is a MUST DO while in Ayutthaya! Day trip with a knowledgeable guide to learn all about the historic landmark. I particularly enjoyed Wat Lokkayasutharam, so rustic and large.
  • Beautiful reclining buddah. Much garbage surrounding the wat. Litter seems to be very typical of Thailand, but I found this space particularly bad.
  • Open Sleeping buddha statue. Large in size!!. One of the don't miss attraction of Ayutthaya Historical Park. People also worship here.
  • Beautiful site, very impressive the big statue of reclined Buddha.
