  • From the moment we walked into their shop to the moment we were dropped off back at our hotel this dive shop was five stars! The owner and his wife were very friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely. Our morning pick up the next day was right on time. The boat staff was phenomenal. The ride was smooth and the benches, chairs and bean bags were relaxing. Our dive master Nick was great. This was our first dive after we finished our open water course a month ago and he made us feel very comfortable in the water. And the dive sights were great - turtles, sharks, eels, lots of fish and lots of coral. Oh and the equipment was all very new and very nice. We highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to dive in the area. If you don't believe us, just stop in and meet them.
  • I am new to diving and had opted for Discovery Scuba Dive program. As a very first time to diving and not a great swimmer, I was petrified but wanted to explore under water life. I was looking for a good instructor who could comfort, give me confidence and also make it a safe dive. I researched many diving companies in Ao Nang on the below important points which help in chooisng a dive company or instructor.. 1. They should be experienced 2. They should provide all the details to give you enough confidence about the dive 3. They should be professional 4. They should be with you all throught the dive to make you comfortable 5. They SHOULD speak English else becomes very difficult to understand the instructions 6. Good equipment and procedure 7. Do NOT look for cheaper options as first experience should be awesome and safe. The Dive, Ao Nang offered us all of this. They are very professional and the instructor, Wilko, was always around us to make us feel safe. He was very patient with us and clearly explained instructions and made us comfortable throughout the dive. They are a bit expensive but its totally worth it. Loved every bit of it!! Thanks Wilko and The Dive Ao Nang for this amazing experience!! Hope to see you again!
  • One of the most amazing experience of my life! This was the very first place I started learning to dive and everyone was extremely warm and welcoming! This place was also recommended by my girlfriend and I highly recommend it to everyone else. The staff and dive masters were friendly and professional - they ensured that safety was of utmost importance and that their guest were well taken care of. Special thanks to my first dive instructor, Wilko, for making my first diving experience a very memorable one. And for Liz, Kee and the boat crew for looking after me and my girlfriend!
  • The whole crew was super friendly and professional. The equipment was in a really good shape, also the boat was nice and kept clean the entire day. The reef we went to at koh phi phi was okay, some parts were nice and others pretty dead unfortunately.
  • Just finished a day of diving with The Dive on the Pi Pi islands and it was amazing. I looked at 2 other dive shops before booking, but based on reviews and price picked The Dive and I’m so happy I did. They were incredibly accommodating to our group as one person did an intro to diving course, one person went snorkelling and since I was the only certified one, I did a couple fun dives. The groups were small, the instructors were great and the food provided on the boat was delicious. We also got super lucky and saw a 7m Whale Shark between dives. These guys know where to take you!
