Nopparat Thara Beach, Ao Nang

3.3
#4 of 11 in Beaches in Krabi Town
Take a stroll along Nopparat Thara Beach, where you can dip your toes in the shallow water or picnic in the shade of coconut trees. Locals know the beach as Klong Haeng, or Dry River, because the water retreats pretty far at low tide, allowing you to walk all the way to the small islets that sit offshore. Though the beach attracts smaller and more diverse crowds than nearby Ao Nang, you will still find plenty of places to stop for a cool drink or a bite to eat. • Our hotel close to the beach that was used mostly for pitkähäntäveneillä output and input from different locations. Not houkuttanut uimaa samauden and, at the very least, to the other end of the beach to slip because of the ghost of the ditch. From got a good sunset pictures.

  • Nopparat Thara beach is located at the opposite side of Ao Nang beach. Quiet place with shallow water. Is more suitable for families with young children. Frame its extremity 3 Islands and river with boat station for ferries to Phuket. Among the Islands there is a secret place where the water is clear and cool and at the bottom of the grow corals and underwater inhabitants varied as in the Red Sea.

  • Compared to Ao Nang-tranquil and quiet, flatter, so the influence of tides. On the right side of the channel empties and dlinnohvostok boat parking. Left Isles where you can kupsja nice and Tan. The left side of the beach is quite wild.

  • A nice beach to relax. The views are amazing and it's funny to see all the crabs come out when the tide is out. The only unfortunate part is that when the tide is out you need to walk pretty far to get a decent swim. Sunset is really beautiful too. With a mix of purple and red and even some orange colours it feel magical to see the sun set over the sea and the boats that are still out. And it has easy access. The beach has a nice walkway and a lot of stairs to get down to the sand. Nice place
  • This beach has really improved over the years, now quite safe and well lit at night time. Great spot to walk along during the day, at low tide. You'll have to walk along the top at high tide. You can also catch longtail boats from here, at the left end of the beach. Plenty of restaurants and public toilets and showers over the road also.
  • Quite long (around 3km) and a nice beach. If you like long walks it is a place for you. The sea tides make it a completely different place in different parts of the day. Starts in the city and ends in the port (channel)
  • Quieter beach but sand not as good as Ao Nang. Good for jogging as a long, relatively flat beach and there is a cement path above the walk too. Can be muddy at low tide. Lovely sunsets! So nice restaurants and bars overlooking the beach near the hill.
  • It's a good place to go for a long walk, run, jog. Very silent and not many people come here. Not advisable to swim as water is not that clean and some other creatures also in water.
