  • We went as part of an excursion boat from Ao Nang. I have to pay 300 bah (€7.5) by going to be national park. The site has restrooms and a small restaurant/shop. It is a small but beautiful place, has a trail of 600 meters, which flows through forest and beach. When we were there were jellyfish so we don't swim. There are some movements of tourists, but it is common in all the known points in the area. Anecdotally, I tell them that we saw a giant lizard on the beach.

  • Ko Hong is one of Hong Islands lying in the middle of Phang Nga Bay from Ao Nang to get there in less than an hour by longtail, the path is all along the coast; the sea is not particularly transparent but the scenarios are magnificent, with large limestone cliffs and small beaches lapped by water green. On this island is worth visiting the scenic hidden lagoon, accessible only by a narrow cleft of the rock the water inside is shallow, a little over a meter, the scenery is magnificent, all around there are high cliffs that plunge into this lagoon full of fish. Finally it is worth then the bathroom on the beach of white sand, we Hong, with bathroom in a beautiful landscape, surrounded by fish. Just behind the beach a couple of monitor lizards are leaving to show me around and take the opportunity to ask him a few pictures when we can do this again ever! If you are in Krabi or Ao Nang, I recommend you do this full day boat excursion, is beautiful!

  • Can't access to the lagoon due to low tide. The guide say can access via kayaking. However, no one leads you and you are on your own if anything happened. There are a lot of rocks at the seabed even when it is near the beach. Makes it hard to snorkel as you may hit the rocks. Nevertheless, the beach is nice and long. sand is soft.
