  • The walking safari was one of the highlights of the trip and very much worth the money. It really is a great experience to walk to close to the animals and get close up pictures. Otherwise, almost all...  more »
  • The experience consists of 2 parts. A large part of our tour went through heavily-covered hills, where there were only little to see; Monkeys with black and white fur were the most interesting. The Lakes, where the view was something further, there were a few giraffes and zebras. Because we came from the Serengeti, we had seen hundreds of them; as a result, it was not as exciting.

  • We had our very first safari experience in this little park. There are no large predators but enough other animals so it is still worth it. The landscape is very varied. After 5 days in other parks spent we came here again along and still have a short walking safari. Maybe this park weather is disappointing if you already have created a lot of safaris but for a quiet first day is the view. At the walking safari is there's no guarantee that you will see animals but only the landscape is also very beautiful.

  • Awesome daytrip location if you're in Arusha. Only about 40 minutes from town, and you can go on a game drive, walking safari and a boat trip, all in the same spot. Guides are available at the gate and you can self drive.
  • A relatively small national park close to Arusha City, just a 40-minute drive. It boasts two of the big five (leopard and buffalo) and lots of other animals (giraffes, warthogs, antelopes) and birds. A walk in the park is a very pleasant experience.
  • Cleanest Mountain in EAST AFRICA.. Hands down!! I love it..
  • Very well organized park with devoted workers and veatiful landscape, it's a shame the Tanzanian NP fees are so high
  • Its one of the best maintained national parks.....
