3.5/5 based on 110 reviews on the web
A place of a great historical and ecological value, The Botanical Garden ensures a calm, educational, and relaxing day out amid nature. Ever since the beginning of the 20th century, the garden has served as a scientific center and a place for academic research. Some time later, during World War II, it was severely damaged, but was quickly restored to its former glory. Today, it serves as a beloved walking route for families and couples, offering the chance to admire over 1,500 different plant species distributed across 17 sections, featuring nine ponds throughout. • Another oasis in the middle of the city. It was so lush but surprisingly hot in the middle of the day. The lotus pond was lovely. The rest was just okay...or maybe a bit unimpressive
  • Located near the National museum of history just a 200 m walk to be surpassed vs. lotus pond, large beautiful. The garden space with multiple zones.

  • Walk from the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and can be reached in about 5 minutes. I guess closer to the Park's Botanical Gardens. Big pond, has Blooming Lotus filled pond. Also and wooded, tropical Banyan tree provides shade. Go here only for spot not because Taiwan fine products exhibition hall, is honestly no, next to the botanical gardens to visit with good will.
