  • I accidentally visited this small museum, and I found it quite interesting indeed. Especially there are a couple of volunteers who are probably in 5th or 6th graders to introduce to us about Dinosaurs...  more »
  • Like the things that have an age, the museum will naturally appear in the play list. The construction style, the interior display and the service volunteer personnel, really is worth the domestic study. The floor of the gallery doorway is very special.

  • Beautiful building and setup. Ticket is only 30twd and also give you access to Taiwan national museum. Perfect escape on a rainy day.
  • Originally a major bank in Taipei built by the Japanese now transformed into a museum. There are multiple sections to it such as the history of Taiwan from an economical stand point, the history of the landbank building itself and it's change into a modern museum, as well as a wonderful section on the ancient fauna of Taiwan with many skeletal displays of the prehistoric creatures that used to roam the land and seas. Good English translations available and the 30 dollar ticket also gives you access to the National Taiwan Museum across the road in 228 peace park. Definitely worth a visit to both these places and then kicking back in the park
  • It's like 3 museums in 1! Banking, Taipei history, and dinosaurs. Interesting mix and something for everybody I guess. Nice alfresco seating outside if it weren't raining. Dino Cafe was a pleasant break. I think the tickets get you entry to the National Taiwan Museum too but didn't make it since it closes at 5pm.
  • A great place to visit for children and family. The dinosaurs exhibition is interesting, especially for children.
  • Nice museum. Not to big. Good information in English and Chinese.
