  • This is a nice park for a walk (or a jog). Not sure why it was called a "Forest Park", because it's just like a regular park; the number of trees here did not feel like it's a forest. There's a performance stage in the park, and a pond where some birds gather. Apart from that, there's really not much else to do here.
  • Great place to get some fresh air in the middle of the city. There are basketball courts and areas for activities. Good for family gatherings and picnics. There are also plenty of animals in the park if you're into animal and bird watching sort of things.
  • Good place for a walk/jog in the middle of Taipei city. Despite it being surrounded by major roads, if you walk into the park, the tranquility and peace may amaze you. Also have basketball courts, roller skating rinks for kids, etc. Good place for a picnic on the grass too if the weather is nice.
  • Lung of Taipei. Come here and you can check out the lifestyle of our local Taipei people. Nice biking trail around the park.
  • Very relaxing place right in the heart of the city. No peddlers, and lots of opportunities to take pictures of birds and squirrels. Bring a long lens!
