  • Very informative, can learn a lot about the Confucius teachings. Beside that, it's really boring and dull.  more »
  • This remains my favourite temple in Taipei. It is a place dedicated to Confucius and his teachings but also is a nice place to wander around and appreciate the calm and peaceful atmopshere. The little...  more »
  • Enjoyed it more as a tourist attraction. Good to see the drawings and the sculptures. Unless you are involved in history, it becomes just another temple. Good places to eat outside. Reached there almo...  more »

  • A quiet spot in the middle of an bustling area. Children playing in the afternoon while mothers are chatting. Elderly are having a nap. Nice place.
  • Great place to see traditional architecture of a Confucius Temple and also to learn about Confucius and his training of the 5 arts including archery and calligraphy. The temple is really well signposted and has many interactive displays for visitors to appreciate the Confucian arts and history of the place.
  • The Confucius Temple, without doubt has to be one of the best temples I have visited. By all means, it is not the prettiest, or best designed but it is more than just a temple. There are different activities that help to further your learnings e.g. Calligraphy. This temple is not one of the most popular as you can tell by the limited number of tourists that go here but I would really recommend people to take time to visit here. I also got involved in the free activities such as creating a hanging decoration for Chinese New Year and getting my own card with Calligraphy by an expert. They also have a 4D movie, which is a bit of a touristy gimmick but this gave a different experience and also taught me some more things about the history of the temple.
  • Not the best temple I had seen but for a foreigner who don't know much about Confucius the place is amazing, though. If you are nearby pay a visit.
  • First choice for foreigner tourist, to understand the chinese education master.
