  • This is one of the oldest Taoist shrines of Taiwan and is dedicated to Guangong, God of war and of wealth. Built at the end of the 17th century is recognized as one of the most authentic. Beautiful stone front engraved. Don't miss the sculpted panels at the base of the Tabernacle where is placed the statue of Guangong. The Grand pagoda outside serves as an oven to burn ghost money. Can be found just across the street in front of the Chihkan Towers. Free admission and doesn't look special closures. Not to be missed.
