  • The Cobo is a great way to bring a child to the theatre, the theater, the theater, the bird's eye, the theater is a regular exhibition, no matter when you can see the ticket is not expensive. What is worth seeing is the special exhibition, which is about three months old. There are also volunteers in the exhibition galleries, including English language guides.

  • A number of dramatic events are available, and there are many interactive games that allow children to learn on one side of the game, without being bored or unable to read or absorb. Some manufacturers in the scientific and academic centres have supported the failure of the facility, and unfortunately, I hope that it can be repaired soon.

  • The hinterland is large, there are exhibitions and 3D films, Price is not expensive. There's a picnic thing to go, a turf for the kids to run, a parking place nearby, and a good stop.

  • This place is great! It's very comprehensive, and I'd recommend it for kids, too. There's discount tickets available for students, seniors and children. Just be careful quick tickets you're getting, since some tickets give you an access to different areas. We didn't go to the mini zoo since there was a raccoon cage outside and the little fella looked really distressed. The science center is for free, and located across the cord yard from the main building. So much fun things to do, if you're into natural sciences, you'll need half a day here.
  • Quite a memorable visit here as plenty of retirees work voluntarily to explain and train varsity students to do their job. Very much worth a visit which has all sorts of science demo that provide personal experience and hands on activities. Very comprehensive facilities and children could even enjoy a digital treasure hunt. Good for family and couples.
  • My favourite museum to date! Satisfy your inner child at this place! For the price you pay, it's so worth it! I went to the life science centre (I think that's what it's called?) I could spend the whole day there! there's just so much to see! If you've got a love for learning or seeing, you will enjoy it, from the evolution of life to human lifespan to sickness to religion all the way to Oceania, the money spent on the ticket is money well spent. Granted, most of the descriptions are in mandarin but the exhibits are fun to look at! There are exhibits that will move! Games to play! All in all, I had a great time! I didn't actually think it would be so fun but it was! It's pretty exciting to lose your way around the halls and stumble into a new exhibition! Just take out your inner child for a walk, be a kid for a day!
  • I love this place! I didn't feel enough even after more than four hours of visiting. The exhibitions are so rich, there are so many things to see! Very informative, very accurate, and all presented very well, clear, in ways that even children could understand. The descriptions of exhibits are well-written in elegant traditional Chinese language. I saw some English-speaking foreigners reading the Chinese descriptions with mobile translation apps, maybe a good way to understand the exhibits if you don't know Chinese language. I only saw the life science exhibition even with such long visiting hours. It consists of evolution of life, invertebrates, reptiles, birds, dinosaurs, mammals, primates, all the way to mankind. And diseases, deaths, funerals and mummies. There are moving dinosaurs, and quite realistic! A must-go when I visit Taichung again, I haven't had enough of it!
  • Only went to the exhibits that were free. Feels old and run down. The tech stuff are not irrelevant yet but definitely not current. Good for young children only. Worth a quick visit if in the area.
