  • The hinterland of the complex mall, although more than 10 visits, but for the sale of the line is still difficult to know! Away from the Exchange road is not far, is a good choice of holiday shopping!

  • If you have a full day you won't be able to finish shopping in this mall. From top to bottom it is shops galore of all types. Many international brands. I suggest going on the weekdays as the weekends...  more »
  • My second time visit this mall, came to E da world because they have countdown and longest fire work for 999 seconds. We reached here in the late afternoon and parking for that day is free. We have a ...  more »

  • Looks a bit like Vegas but far from those places. Came on weekday and few people here. Food court too cheap, shops selling stuff found in any shopping mall. Ferris wheel and Eda world suitable for children. 酒店彫像似拉斯維加斯但遠不是,摩天輪及義達世界合小孩子,無什麼特出是真。
  • With an open mind, good company and time on your hands, this place is interesting. A half day will get you skating on ice, a ride on a Ferris wheel, lunch, a movie and evem some window shopping in between. Not a problem but for the confusing layout/map of the mall and rather unsightly unfinished buildings outside on the grounds. Might want to avoid on a crowded weekend. Other than this, enjoy!
  • Huge mall, mix of branded n normal shops over many floors. Not crowded at all. The theme park looks impressive, but I did not try.
  • Couple of outlets and branded shops here and there. Will recommend only if you're nearby or you're here for the theme park else you can get similar stuff in your typical local shopping centre.
  • There is not a single store here that I would shop at. The VIP seats at the theater are lame. The rolls coaster looks dangerous too, but could be fun.

Where to stay in Kaohsiung

Kaohsiung caters to a range of budgets and styles in the accommodations it provides for its guests. To keep things simple and easy, take a look at the options close to Formosa Boulevard, the station where the two metro lines intersect. To the north lies the main train station, and the area has been dotted with high-rise hotels, both standard and luxurious. Backpacker-friendly hostels are never too far away in this district, while a number of traditional guesthouses can be found in the surrounding residential areas. Atmospheric, and usually budget-friendly, they provide a good option to for those wanting a side of the city other than the ultra-modern one of the central area.
