  • A nice free-of-charge historical exhibition located inside the Taipei City Government Hall and a good place to get a basic understanding of Taipei City's historical, economical, and social developments dating back to the late Qing Dynasty. In anticipation of the 2017 Summer Universiade taking place this August, the 2nd floor also features a small exhibit now on Chinese Taipei teams' past achievements and glory on the international stage.
  • Nice exhibition. It is not often shown by the tourist guides but it is actually quite good. It mainly focuses on Taipei and it's surrounding. It is quite easy to spend 1 or 2 hours depending of your interest. It's a bit tricky to find the entrance but just ask the from desk information.
  • great place to learn about Taipei
  • Starting point to learn about Taipei. Allot an hour here
  • An unique, underrated, and important museum regarding the history and geography of Taipei and Taiwan. Tucked inside the Taipei City Hall. Interactive exhibits, free admission, and a scale model of Zhongshan N./S. Road (I think).
