  • The southern courtyard is an area of 703,334 square meters of Taibao, the sugar-garlic sugar factory in the county of sugarcane. Centered on the artificial lake, the museum is located on the western side of the lake area and is surrounded by a number of landscaped gardens. The museum is located in the Asian Museum, just as its homepage Ming "Clara Colorful in the South Courtyard", will not be a replica or shadow of the Northern Palace. The main Building museum is designed by Yiu Ren (with the Solar Museum), built in a height of 29.3 meters, the model is composed of three flow patterns, using dragon, Elephant, and horse design elements to symbolize cultural exchanges between China, India and Persia, opening on December 28, 2015. The palace's mascot, Hanuman, is the god monkey from India, a symbol of wisdom and courage. By the time we arrived in the South courtyard, we had a 1-hour, sun-heated, hunger-轆 轆, and no food establishments near the courtyard, just to be found in the courtyard. Because of the wide area occupied by the courtyard, one eye is see except the museum, so we decided to spend 60 yuan/person in the tourist center to purchase a day's voucher. The park will be around the park, and the park has introduced a total of 6 stations that can be up and down for about half a hour on the cycle, visitors Center Station-> Bus Interchange Station-> Tea cultural Experience Station-> Art Theatre Station-> Cultural demonstration Station-> Museum station-> Visitors Center station, we have no car, the whole is sitting in the car park Until the museum station was out of the car, and went straight to the restaurant to fill the belly. The dining room must first find a seat, fill in a list and then to containers mini-bar the end of the account, beef noodle meat is tender, the broth is very delicious, make up the original plan to eat chicken meat of the regret. When we bought the ticket, we found that the Taiwan identity certificate can also be reduced by 100 yuan to 150 yuan/Zhang; there is no camera in the exhibition hall, no use of flash lights, light equipment, tripod, camera, and other support equipment, all handbags, backpacks need to be stored in the storage containers, not to carry into the exhibition hall inside. There are five regular exhibition halls, a multi media exhibition hall, a dedicated exhibition centre, a library and a children's creative center. The exhibition includes the "Flowing and developing history", "Buddha----the beauty of Tibetan and Asian Buddhist Art", "Fang Ming-asia Tea Culture exhibition," tournament embroidery Clara Colorful-Institute of Tibetan and Asian Products exhibition "," Recognition of Asia-New media art exhibition "Five main topics. In addition to the five regular exhibitions, the first exhibitions include the special exhibition "絢" and the International Loan Exhibition "The Sail of the country-the special exhibition of the Shangqing porcelain" and "the special exhibition of the Beautiful Celadon". After attending the exhibition hall, we did not go back to the park, but went through the bridge in the direction of the South Courtyard, and the bridge was the south entrance of the South courtyard of the palace. To the movement of the main Building museum, which is a good view of the West, the lake, and the beautiful lake under the bridge, the south side of the lake and the north side of the lake to Germany, The two lakes are connected by falling waterfalls. From proposals, sites, raising, competition, geo-dynamic, frozen-budget, revision plans, maps, targets, ⋯, inspiration, colorful disturbed 10 years, everything is always the political show on the side, such as the waste of resources, wealth, manpower, people think that the now, then why not a good camp, so that the more abundant exhibits, The hardware is more sophisticated.

  • The very new stand Museum has a beautiful view of water and architecture that blends into a piece of content. The Asian culture is not a very easy trip for the theme exhibition. It's easy to see the location of the traffic. It's very close to the high rail station, but there's nothing nearby.

  • This museum is focused on the intermingle of Chinese culture and the rest of Asian countries. The best outdoor sculptures are located at the side of the building opposite to the main entrance. Include a stroll in the garden if time allow.
  • If you want to visit national cultural treasures, and you don’t want the large crowds, this is the museum for you. It features roughly 8 galleries of exquisite items that rotates fairly often. Note that food prices in the cafe are sky high, so plan to bring food, or leave to eat somewhere cheaper.
  • We joined the guide tour by a knowledgeable staff at 11am in the morning. She helped us go through museum with vast knowledge of its architectural design and each gallery’s collection. The tour only cost 30 NTD a person! The museum itself is newly opened and with plenty of space compared to the Taipei branch. Will recommend if you have a car or transportation while visiting Jiayi region. 2-3 hour was the time we spent in the museum but it could be done in 1 hour if you were just looking for an attraction to go.
  • This is my second visit to this museum and I bring my whole family here. It is a good place to learn history and culture.
  • good but not that great compared to the one in Taipei

Accommodations in Chiayi County lie sparsely scattered across its rugged landscape, though many visitors opt to stay in the city of the same name (which, technically, the county does not include). In Chiayi City, choose from stylish four-star accommodations to quirky hostels situated in the heart of the city center. Heading out west for some of the county's most remote and mountainous regions, the Meishan and Alishan Townships offer a handful of cozy bed and breakfast-style lodgings, allowing you to explore the picturesque national parks in comfort.
