  • The Central Library, short dial, has a very wide range. Can be found practically on all topics slightly and using Internet research and you will quickly find the books relative the order system. The location close to the University of Zurich and ETH is of course ideal for students. Further, it offers many jobs.

  • Central Library, which is located in the old Town Hall quarter is considered second in Switzerland by number of funds. The library has more than five million items. Library is not only a city library, but also the Canton library and the University Library.

  • The ZB is the address if you want to take a look in the daily times. There is a nice seating area where you can provide all alone with reading material and magazines. For the elderly, it is ideal here although more young people learn and prepare for their studies.

  • Most known library and building is fantastic. Really nice!
  • Super Lernplätze! Rucksäcke und Taschen bleiben draussen. Getränke sind erlaubt. Während den Prüfungszeiten der Uni überfüllt.
  • the architecture alone is really fascinating. and of course as the biggest library for a few hundred km in every direction it has a certain appeal.
  • Good and central location. Many places of learning. The lead but hardly strives for the interests of their visitors: the situation with WCs (especially men) is systematically disastrous – it should go ahead. Between May and mid-June and December and January the Lernpätze are reserved by colleagues, the Pseudolernenden in a big way, but long empty. 10 minutes before the opening either come or not at all. The MA take nothing against this disruptive and contrary to the interests of operating "reservations". Securitas at the entrance is also a joke: taschen - and soft drink packaging bot to enforce it doesn't need probably. Otherwise I have a situation never experienced in last 5 years, that they are needed. I mean the city police with 24 h operation is not even 300 metres...

  • Well organized, helpful staff. System with lockers (no pockets in the library). Emphasis is placed on learning and research atmosphere here.
