  • We tasted their chocolates and it was a sublime experience. Unfortunately less sublime was the Bill, but at least once in your life you must try!!!

  • This is a lovely place to enjoy some hot chocolate on a cool winter day and watch the world pass you by.
  • In the morning is a great time for the to go to the coffee shop on the parade ground. It is not so full as of midday. The truffle brioche are bombastic. I can recommend also the Croissant. Along with a hot chocolate and you're in heaven.

  • I feel like it is a bit outdated. Ok for a coffee and to buy the random chocolate. The personalized cakes are a real disappointment. Ordered a cake for my wedding. It looked great and how I expected it to look... but that was it. I will not be ordering a cake from them again. Their catering service, which I used as well, was very good and I would use them for catering again.
  • Everything is gorgeous, but SOOOOO expensive. It's definitely worth stopping to try the Luxembourgelis, the salted caramel one is awesome, as well as the champagne. I didn't even bother with the chocolates but they alllll looked amazing.
  • Very tasty deserts and good coffee. A bit too loud, overcrowded and expensive.
  • A chocolate lover's dream come true! Seriously, Sprungli is an incredible place, an insane chocolate shop on the 1st floor and beautiful cafe on the 2nd floor. After buying way too many chocolate treats at the shop, my husband an I enjoyed a great relaxing afternoon at the cafe. If you live and breathe chocolate, you need to try the truffle cake. Holy moly, honestly probably the best cake I have ever had. Wish I had some now! If you're in Zurich, this is a must try place.
  • Good, high quality stuff, but expensive. If you aren't well dressed, are young, look like a student etc.. then you will get poor quality service (the waiters will stalk you to make sure you're not doing a dine-and-dash). Treat us like human beings please! Wonderful food, but the service leaves something to be desired (unless you're a Bünzli)
