  • Please, just go to this place. A Chocolaterie typical of Switzerland and with macarrons, truffles and pralinés that never tasted the same. Really delicious. The price does not vary a lot of places in Switzerland (around 14 francs per 100 grams-that's more or less 8 small truffles). Worth try lots of flavors and textures. Mini brownie with walnuts took me to heaven! I think it's great, and I'm sad to come back from the trip with only two chocolate bars from there. I wish I had bought several. My opinion: I liked most of the truffles and pralinés than of macarrons (they call it "Luxemburgerli"). I prefer the still of Ladureé in Paris. My tip is to invest in chocolates. The bartender was super nice and gave some samples to try, what a wonderful day!

  • Went on a Saturday afternoon, so the cafe had been crowded. Organization of incoming guests were poor. Some were queueing, some just went directly to an emptying table. After a while one waitress just...  more »

  • I feel like it is a bit outdated. Ok for a coffee and to buy the random chocolate. The personalized cakes are a real disappointment. Ordered a cake for my wedding. It looked great and how I expected it to look... but that was it. I will not be ordering a cake from them again. Their catering service, which I used as well, was very good and I would use them for catering again.
  • Everything is gorgeous, but SOOOOO expensive. It's definitely worth stopping to try the Luxembourgelis, the salted caramel one is awesome, as well as the champagne. I didn't even bother with the chocolates but they alllll looked amazing.
  • Very tasty deserts and good coffee. A bit too loud, overcrowded and expensive.
  • A chocolate lover's dream come true! Seriously, Sprungli is an incredible place, an insane chocolate shop on the 1st floor and beautiful cafe on the 2nd floor. After buying way too many chocolate treats at the shop, my husband an I enjoyed a great relaxing afternoon at the cafe. If you live and breathe chocolate, you need to try the truffle cake. Holy moly, honestly probably the best cake I have ever had. Wish I had some now! If you're in Zurich, this is a must try place.
  • Good, high quality stuff, but expensive. If you aren't well dressed, are young, look like a student etc.. then you will get poor quality service (the waiters will stalk you to make sure you're not doing a dine-and-dash). Treat us like human beings please! Wonderful food, but the service leaves something to be desired (unless you're a Bünzli)
