Watch the rotations of postal, over bus back down after 18 h 15 cars. I find the place practically to the (late) hour where I visited him.

His deposit on the organ and the fantastic acoustics in this room impressed me the most. Also, the view from the castle is incomparable.

However, someone has rebuilt the Castle over 100 years ago with rooms and facilities from other castles from the South Tyrol. He did not see the completion and so the building stood unused for one hundred years. Now can you visit a tour and visit some of the interesting rooms and the uppermost battlements. We had a very good guide, and because it was the last tour of the day lasted 90 minutes. To each question, he entered and did much to tell not only of the Castle, but also through the Lower Engadine and the new Lords of the Castle.
The castle is no longer owned by the german family that manufactures Odol. Main problem is that the new owner decided to strip the castle from almost all of the paintings the orevious owner had. Instead of classic century old art now we have some modern missunderstanding on the walls. It simply do not fits with castle medieval atmosphere. It is the owners right but it is also mi right not to visit it anymore.
There was no English speaking guide, and the excuse was that "this is Switzerland" (whatever that means..). Makes you wonder why we don't conduct ruin tours in Greek while in Greece. Castle was worth it though.
Did a guided tour, well done by the manager himself! Was worth it, thanks a lot. A 100 year old interior in an 1000 years old castle! Very, very nice! Good luck, hope it will remain like this for a long time!
Great Castle Tour. Tour Guide provided excellent historical tour in 4 languages.
The castle is located in a lovely location. Thanks to the location, time and maybe the flood period, we were the only visitors of the place. The Castle has been recently acquired by the artist Not Vital, that talking is renovating several parts, so quite a bit of construction going on. The view from outside is magnificent. The Interior was (re) built in taking parts from castles and structures across Europe, but have been skillfully mixed and all is harmonious. Very nice Peder, Skate guide not so young who drove us to the Castle. 4 stars and not 5 for several reasons:--in June from 14:30 at 15:30-work in progress didn't allow us to see everything perfectly-no credit card and usually change euro-francs made to nose But mostly ... Not Vital?! But that artist is? His works had a little like cabbages to snack inside this beautiful castle! His paintings and sculptures and other contemporary friends of ben dubious taste which we believe just ruin the beautiful atmosphere of the place. But so be it. He spent his 8 million francs to pick him up and he's fixing to also use it as a place for private parties and to live by. I hope the castle remains open however. I am afraid that the works will remain to spoil the atmosphere of antiquity, the kind that when you shoot through the rooms smell of pine wood ...
