  • Had been here 2. Only 4 stars because they lack a few signposts in the garden. Did often not where we must long to see everything. Otherwise the garden is located great with a giant selection of plants and vegetation. All fragrant flowers and shady pitches.

  • We went because the reference site says it is open to the public all year round, even in this time you can see types of winter flowers. We found the place open, but none that receives tourists to address them within the Park. No declaration of closure or more if not for the store, closed greenhouses, driveways full of leaves and not practicable. We could save time and money, but that's it. A real shame.

  • Gambarogno Botanic Garden is a little far from other tourist attractions so it's unlikely to be crowded when you visit it. The garden seems to be somewhat on the wild side and it's sometimes not so ea...  more »

  • One feels like in the garden of Eden. Wonderful! Very beautiful created and designed. A unforgettable stroll through the beautiful flowering plants. Very natural. Shopping and advice also incorporated the Parco. Always worth a trip! Thank you!

  • Never mind especially if you come from far away. The garden (?) is part of a big retailer of plants and winds up on a mountainside resale discosceso ... the only thing is a collection of camellias. Go see Villa Taranto which is a thousand times better.

  • Wonderful Park facility. Preliminary inquiry currently flowering plants is worth. Dogs on a leash are allowed. Less suitable for handicapped visitors (hillside). Big plant sale at affiliated nursery.

  • Beautifully landscaped park with beautiful plants. (ACC. letter by Otto Eisenhut) Now Magnolia mother plants in our hillside stand about 450 varieties, and almost every has enough space to develop. Some are already high for 8-10 m. The blossom is a beautiful spectacle every year. To come across 950 Camellien varieties and about 400 varieties of azaleas, same as many varieties of rhododendron, as well as some rare conifers, tree peonies, varieties of Cornus florida-nutalli-kousa, wisteria, in addition to many other plants around 17 ' 000 m2. From 1980, paths were arranged so that you can visit the facility in any weather. Since 1989, the show garden for everyone is open. For me, a dream come true is gone. I've achieved what I've never thought possible. I wish much joy when you visit my garden each visitor. Otto Eisenhut
