  • I could not visit the castle's interior (I think it is private). But the building, the garden and the view from all around justify the visit. Don't miss it if you happen to be around.

  • Rapperswil Castle dates back around 1200 to 1220 AD and the name of the place Rapperswil is often referred to as the „town of roses“ (Rosenstadt). To get to the castle you can walk through old Rapperswil and climb a wonderful set of stairs up to the castle as we did it today.

  • Its very historical place.Inside is polish museum. It is litle strenge that here so gar from Plannd is so many historicsl memories about Poland. This place was also usen under second warld war to help Polish refuges who wcaped from Poland. They saved a lot if lives duruin the war.Obligatory place to visit .Very nice view frim this place on see
  • Nice historical castle, the museum is also wonderful and surrounded area like slopes of hill park, we have seen some deers on it, Zurich lake also view from it, we have arrive by road, best place for spending full day time, restaurants are available, several opportunities for photography as we have done from different angles.
  • Cute old castle, with a village attached. They have a beautiful rose garden, the aroma from it goes way far around the place. Down the castle is a small village if one can call it so, or just an ancient tiny Town I'd say. Small coffee shops and restaurants every where you look. Quite interesting to see the area. In summer you can go for a swimm right next to the castle. Zurich lake a clean and rather warm.
