  • Despite being a high point, with a view of the Lake, I think space is barely tapped. It's not far from the Center, but still the local movement or tourists is not very high. In your enclosure have the Collégiale Church. The buildings that surround it works the cantonal government.

  • we visited the castle with family in Dec 2016. We didn't go inside as we didn't have time, but from outside, it looked very beautiful and from the top it had great view of the old town and the lake,  more »
  • Le Château, or the Castle, overlooking the city from an elevated position. Built in stages, is a witness of the past. Very nice, well worth a visit.

  • It is so, so pretty! I was there while they were playing the organ. Magical!
  • A beautiful fairytale castle built above the old town. Came here on a day when it was snowing so it was a bit deserted but that only added to the magical atmosphere. Unfortunately the inside isn't so nice.
  • Nice castle, we visited outside only on a Sunday morning and was very empty.
  • It's pretty on the outside, but inside it's all offices. No tours half the year, from October through March.
  • Beautiful. Justifies the walk and you get the view as a bonus.
