Small attraction that you can discover in 15 minutes. Nothing impressive, surely not worth traveling to Murten just for it.

This is well worth a visit. The city walls or the "Ringmauer" as they are known surround the historic city of Murton which is like a miniature version of Bern. Very picturesque and pretty buildings and shops everywhere to see. It is completely free to walk around the walls and you are afforded beautiful views. Several plaques in various languages tell the history of the town. There are QR codes to investigate the subjects further.

Beautiful structure that has an amazing view of the old town. Picture perfect settings and the day I visited it was lightly snowing. Loved it! ❤ Highly recommend!
