  • A medieval city in Switzerland. Visit hot, no long walks. Visit to the medieval castle was very tasty. Worth the visit.

  • Even if we again have an opportunity to go over the wall there is an impressive moment every single time. And all friends, we lead up, share our thoughts and our enjoyment of this great "Piece of history".

  • Climb behind the German town church or near the South Gate at the Catholic Church, the ring wall you remained as early 19.jh. no money had to tear it down as this has happened mostly everywhere. In the 2.Weltkrieg has then our in Murten/Morat contributed to have stationed military to the renovation of the walls. Nice view from the towers to the South on the field of battle in 1476 of the Murten against Duke Karl the bold of Burgundy. North view over the rooftops on the Lake of Morat, Avenches and Jura Katte.
