  • We were 2 adults and 2 children. First show you a video about the process of making cheese, to move then to the practical part where the cheesemaker showed it to us live and live, from heating the milk, remove serum, etc. Apart from explaining what he did at every step, he was giving us technical details on some of the chemistry that is behind depending on the type of cheese that is. It was a most informative visit, but keep in mind 2 things: the visit is in French, and if the group is large and there are many children, those who are closer to the show never cease to see the back. Then we went to the tasting of several types of cheese with a wine. Very curious the diversity of flavors, and very good all in any case. The only thing the price, high for the amount of food and drink that you serve. The environment is beautiful. After eating we went direct 4 to make a couple of descents in the rodelbahn which on the side: lot of fun and very exciting.

  • Stop for a coffee 15' before the opening. No problem. Coffee served with a mini Board wooden (photo), which has kindly been offered. To go back.
