  • Rejhenbahskij waterfall is known around the world as a place in the decisive bout of Sherlock Holmes with Professor Moriarty, ending the latter's death. This beautiful waterfall is located close to the Meiringen (within walking distance). Along the lower end of the waterfall is a funicular (paid), which can be used for lifting. Alternatively, you can free climb the footpath. Place the "historical struggles" noted yellow star next commemorative plaque installed. Excursion to the waterfall will be a good attraction for fans of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, as well as for lovers of interesting objects to which foster certainly applies this waterfall. The best time to visit the falls-from May to August.

  • Sherlock Holmes chased nemesis Professor Moriarty in "the final problem", fled to Switzerland meiringen. And Holmes finally Moriarty was identified as the place to wrestle with Moriarty in this waterfall near meiringen. And falling into this two people no longer thought falls. Holmes fans should go here. I went in September, the water falls was like. Not be more powerful if you win the 湧kidasu large amounts of snowmelt timing. You can go near the cable car, but from meiringen to Grindelwald bus will take you.

  • Breathtaking and wonderful. I can't think of other words to describe it. You start the tour on a cogwheel, it was a bit misty, which made it more magical, and when you reach the fall itself you can feel it on your skin. When you arrive at the end of the travel you can take a little hike to reach the top of the waterfall and take beautiful pictures of the surrounding scenery. One of the best images of Switzerland I had so far.
  • Excellent time. Most magical on a beautiful sunny day. Switzerland at its best
  • If you are a fan of Sherlock Holmes (or Moriarty) this is a must see. You can either hike to the overlook or take a tram for a few Euro.
  • For those, who love Sherlock Holmes, a must-see place. Even for those who do not :)
  • Money is before waterfall: the power company which operates a hydropower system is using the water to make power sometimes there is almost no water in the waterfall even if there could be a lot
