  • From Italian Switzerland everytime I catch the cleanliness of public places; the Parco Ciani in Lugano is a perfect example of this. To see, is impeccable and offers fantastic views over the Lake, a relaxing walk (complete with swans and mallards!)

  • The Park is huge. Surrounded by greenery, several species of plants and trees from around the world. Has many sculptures in your interior and some animals, such as ducks, swans, birds, all released by journey. A good choice for a walk or a relaxing moment enjoying the stunning views in one of its numerous banks around the Park.

  • Incredibly peaceful and lonely the Park is truly a five minute walk from the Centre of Lugano. It is an oasis of peace and mind relaxes and enjoys a splendid view of the Lake with view of the Green opposite coasts. In different seasons the Lake takes on different hues: skittish and gloomy in autumn, cold and lonely in winter, lush and elegant in the spring with new blooms just blossomed and vibrant and charming in summer with many walks the jogger strollers as well as concerts and various performances.

  • Very nice parc in Lugano. With a great view over the lake and the city. If you ever visit Lugano, don't forget to take a walk to the park!
  • Beautiful lakeside park with many interesting sculptures and lots of colourful flowers. The only detractor being the amount of graffiti on benches, buildings etc. I don't speak Italian (or Swiss Italian) but it mostly seemed to be anti political and anti police slogans which made me think it's probably not a hugely safe park to walk around at night. I feel I should also note that whilst I was very glad there were public toilets in the park, they were extremely grim. They were small, claustrophobic metal cubicles. Malodorous is an understatement.
  • Safe, wellmaintained park. Ideal for everybody who want to have a rest.
  • A nice place for a relaxing walk along Lugano's lake. Is one of the most important open green spaces of the city and it is always well taken care of.
  • One of the most peaceful and beautiful place to visit in Lugano, nothing to say more!
