  • A little pride can only be felt when visiting this museum. What a great story that this construction of the historic locomotives, legendary cable cars and other mechanical almost eternal so great was their workmanship. Many ancillary activities (superb planetarium and 3D projection room) make the day goes too fast!

  • Without a doubt the best Museum in Switzerland. There is something for all ages. There are at least 5 hours of visit so it's large and varied. He y' has simulators for the larger, interactive animations, a vehicle to push a small train, etc. Can't get bored. There did it at least once, and we can go back as many times that we're in the area.

  • On our honeymoon, we were told this was a must-visit. We made the walk from Lucerne (in the rain!), and we had a great experience. The tickets were even free on this day because of an event that was slightly interfering with some of the exhibits. The different exhibits were REALLY cool and very interactive. I felt like you got to 'play' while learning about transport. It was clean and not too crowded. I think some of the displays may have been a little disorganized as far as timelines went, but, that may have been because we weren't able to see things in order because of the event. Overall, great trip!
  • It was good to see all the variety of vehicles they had. The issue I had was the cost was pretty high and a good portion of the interactive displays were out of order so it took away from the value. Otherwise a good way to spend a couple of hours.
  • One of the best Museums in the world. You can not only see and read but touch and try. Loads if stuff, not only cars and trains. Every couple weeks you see something new. New exhibits, New shows. Worth to visit, for the whole family but also just yourself
  • Great place to take kids. Lots to do, including many interactive exhibits. Ideal for small groups and great fun for all ages, but ideal for children between~3 to ~13 (after this is very dependant on child's interests of course)
  • The swiss museum of transport is the best museum in this category. There are different exhibitions (railway, road vehicles ships, planes, astronomics. I recommend you this museum, its interesting for every age. The only negative thing about this museum are the high prices. Children 6-16 years old 15.- and above 16 years 30.-
