  • We had the chance to taste the pot of climbing by Chair, is a killer without a name. This is a chocolatier who deserve to be better known, the flavors and textures are beautiful. Bravo leader, yet!

  • Client for several years, I have used to come buy chocolates from the shop in Carouge. Yesterday, while I was coming along with my in-laws, make a gift to friends enjoying both milk chocolate and dark chocolate, we were extremely badly received. It has not been possible to make a box on demand because supposedly there is no box empty available (ditto for chocolates paper list: not bad like 1 month before Christmas inventory management!) The seller took us high and we explained, poor fools that we are, that dark chocolate should be fine for people eating that chocolate milk because very glazes (look for the error!). So we bought an assortment in sachets and a box already made, to then do we same chocolates to provide transfer still a box correctly to our friends! Apparently we were bothering them 2 sellers who yet had no other guests, and who don't even have not tasted a chocolate... This is totally unacceptable to be so poorly received, and unfortunately this done several times that the welcome is polite limit. Your chocolates are very good, Mr Pascoët, but this does not prevent you from properly accommodate your customers!
