  • Having visited when I was kid I remembered as an enjoyable visit. What a pity that in the last 30 years at least apparently has not made any improvement. The environment does indeed appear very dated and uncared for. The staff is very attentive and kind. Which I find completely serious and that nowhere on the site stating that to visit the factory you have to go in the morning, otherwise already from early afternoon you can see only the small museum and shop. At least the price for entry is low. Free parking available. I mean if you want to go there it is better to call first to make sure it is fully open. Suitable for families but with maximum 10-12 years children around to and no more.

  • What a disappointment .... we toured the Chocolate Museum, say Museum is an understatement, a smattering of stuff thrown in there with no explanation can inform visitors. Interesting was to see the factory running, but unfortunately being closed on Saturday and Sunday has not been possibileIngresso paid CHF 3 for adults and CHF 1 for children, for what they presented truly a steal at the entrance give you a biscuit dipped in a fountain of hot chocolate that is nothing of that. You can buy their chocolate production in the shop which is accessible without visiting the Museum, chocolate prices are in line with Switzerland and the abundant choice. ERGO: If you don't have better things to do and you go around here but only to shop for a gourmet break. P.s. We complained to the cashier for the Museum and the contract, besides giving us reason, she confirmed that in January to gut the whole thing. I say, hopefully with more professionalism.

  • Small but very interesting Museum where you can also see live chocolate as it is adjacent to the factory. In the shop you can buy good chocolate at excellent prices.
