  • Audio tour with multiple languages is followed by an interactive area with tasting, games and so on. Not too big so probably spend max 2 hours there. Certainly nice to do with kids also.  more »
  • Chocolat Frey is a good activity to do with kids. It doesn't take too long, even if you sign up (online in advance recommended) for the chocolate making course, it won't take you more than approximate...  more »
  • At the end of the tour you can enjoy so much and so long chocolate as you want / can. The visitor center is well made, but solely the tour not worth. One should in any case chocolate bars casting to book! The was really fun, was well looked after, with high-quality ingredients and I was inspired by my two creations taste ;-)

  • Excellent place to spend with children. Very well organized interactive tour. Delicious choice of chocolate samples at the end. Also exciting workshop to create your own chocolate bar. All very well thought through and organized with Swiss precision. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended.
  • Its move of a tour in a visitor place. Not a tour in a factory. ... the team explained that there arent real tour due to hygienic roles. Swiss regulations. Sound legitimate but not worth making an effort to get there. The making chocolate workshop was good though
  • You can pour your own chocolate bar. You have to reserve before for that.
  • Great place to spend a Sunday afternoon if you like chocolate!
  • I was rather disappointed, too. Although in the upper story you get some interactive information about how the cocoa is grown, selected and made into the final product, the whole setup rather resembles an oversized playground for children. Since this is an actual chocolate factory I would be more interested in a "behind the scenes" glimpse, to see some of the stations the actual chocolate is produced, even if you could only view the production line thru a window. The only thing resembling that is the mini conching machine. I liked the presentation of the chocolate tasting with the two chocolate fountains.
