  • An extensive illustrative collection of installations from the last 5 decades offers the curious visitor together with numerous photographs. Who wants to see only images and sculptures of classical modernism, this is not here, but in the Kunstmuseum Basel (main and new construction).

  • Search a bit where it was, lay back slightly t.o.v. the road, at the Rheinoever. Beautiful light building, with a partly at the large sculpture exhibition related exhibition of the new building. Also humor and young work.

  • Will soon (April 2016) move to it's new building near the Kunstmuseum, we'll see how they'll utilize this building afterwards... Until then admittance is free and it's totally worth a visit (though relatively small).
  • Not much to see in the permanent collection, and the temporary exhibitions didn't do much for me. Probably not worth the admission price unless you are particularly interested in the temporary exhibitions.
  • Is this art or randomness?
  • Schönes museum
  • Cool
