  • The column shows with the wings in the three countries, right Federal Republic of Germany, left in Alsace to France. It is also so. Go to the column and you were in the three countries. No customs checks, just so. The actual border crossing point is 60 m further out in the Middle Rhein and because it is cool and you want to take a Rhine bath, the 3 countries point on this peninsula has been moved. Access by tram no. 8 to Basel to Kleinhüningen, - there, cross the Meadow (a stream) and accompany him on the north side of Rhine, then turn right and go cord straks on ships and railway cars passing by, to the restaurant and continue to the border.

  • After catching the tram there is quite a long walk though industrial site!!! With 2 little kids not very nice and when you get to the end is it worth it? NO!!!

  • One of the most underrated tourist attractions of Basel. But totally worth checking it out. Makes for a nice walk or biking/skating trip. The logistics companies and harbor adds to the character to those place.
  • Place where you can see 3 countries at the same time. A bit unconvenient way to get there - industrial region, no pavements, rather long distance from the tram stop. Strange place.
  • Interesting spot to visit if one wishes to see all three countries at once! As there is a shipping dock in the area, additional going ons provide extra ambience.
  • Quite ok. Cool made with the sand. Service: young something withdrawn.

  • Symbol of peace, the tripoint is a site to visit. It is located at the intersection of 3 countries: the Switzerland, the France and the Germany.
