  • Caters mostly to families with young children. It is a good idea to be up to date on the stories. Real good plays, and lots of them. Very cosy and decorated in a style far from the usual "plastic-parks". May well be combined with visits to the real Bullerby or Katholt. Highly recommend staying at the camp site in Västervik a little hour drive away. We visited the Park in 2001 and again 10 years later in 2011.

  • One of the best parks in Sweden and well worth visiting if you have children in the appropriate age. Play the games is how good any time and impressive that they hold such high quality day in and day out. Even if the children are in focus, so appreciate even adults visit. Souvenirs shop empty maybe wallet iofs.

  • Great place for both the young ones and the old ones. Make sure to plan your visit a bit. Use the app! The restaurants serves great Swedish home made food from local producers. Stay for at least two days otherwise you won't see it all.
  • Wonderful park, great love for details. Enactment of Astrid Lindgren stories is freat even if you don't speak Swedish. You can stay after the park officially closes and visit all the locations again when there is almost nobody around. You can even bring your picnic and have a BBQ.
  • Really nice place to go to with kids who love Astrid Lindgren. However I only give 4 stars because food is so expensive, you have to extra for the parking lot at the location which leads to long car queues and the entrance fee is quite high. So the total cost is too high for calling it a perfect family location
  • Fantastic theme park for lovers of Astrid Lindgren's books. Be warned, you have to be ready to plan your day minutely and you'll find yourself hurrying through the park from one show to the next. I got lost too many times, and because we were rushing to the next event the multitude of amazing playgrounds went by mostly unplayed on by my kids. We bought a two-day pass so we can do playgrounds and so on tomorrow, I don't know how you can do this park in just one day.
  • Excellent family theme park for your children. It helps to know the characters from Astrid Lindgren's books. The shows are in Swedish (of course) but the actors hang around and play with the children afterwards and they usually speak English. Set in beautiful nature with many attractions that can be played in.
