  • Do not expect to find any artwork of the so-called super stars in this two-parted, admission free museum. But you may find nevertheless a lot of amazing artwork of Swedish or less known artists. In th...  more »
  • I have visited the Museum recently in connection with a school trip. Interesting exhibits staff did visit pleasant and educational. Nice little shop but the prices were way too high. The Cafe was open with a limited range of salads, sandwiches and cakes.

  • Nice and friendly exhibitions, very suitable for families with children. There is something for everyone! When you are tired of the story, one can walk across the room and look at the art museum. The best part is that everything is free!

  • I brought my boyfriend with me from the US to show the history and culture of my home town and region. It was such a dissapointing experience. I remember going to the museum as a kid when it was located at the castle and it had great exhibitions about the region from pre-viking era to now. The current exihibitions are scattered, lacking in theme and substance. A few axes, a few coins and a tiny replica of a pre-viking era house. The History of Gaming was equally bad, same with the design exhibition. No thread to follow, no theme. I know it's free, but it's still not worth it. Don't waste your time.
  • Great exhibitions!
  • No vegan or milk protein free food in the restaurant. Otherwise good.

  • Cozy museum in just the right size. Like that it continually changed content which makes it obvious that you go there a few times per quarter. Recommend 👌🏽

  • Art exhibitions that are renewed every so often, free entry and family activities for the "najos". The receptionist is a little dry with visitors at the beginning but provides all possible information on exposure to track in English.
