  • There is a partially-built Viking stronghold from the 900 's, an activity area with a Viking House which is really nice in a small museum that explains the site's history. Small cafe and Museum shop. In addition, fine hiking area around. Ordinary days for free entry to the area, but a small fee to the Museum and the Viking age if it's activities there. But you should choose when to come! Dive up on Viking battle, vigorous entertainment by Vikings, nice and cool viklngamarknad, later also with the middle ages. Or being the hike in the evening in autumn break ... But this ought to Trelleborg municipality to do so much more! Site waft of potential that far too little is being invested here!

  • Come here still stands, if you happen to be in this city. Still, this "city of Trolls" and there is nowhere without the Vikings. Everything looks very interesting and, I would even say, fabulously. All staff dressed as Vikings. Children will love here. Give a try on everyones plate, bread and all sorts of other interesting action. In the same way on the territory you can find very delicious Cafe with delicious cakes and local ice cream.

  • The museum itself was closed, but the open-air runs is open year round. Informative signs tell of excavation and the story behind trelleborgene in Sweden and Denmark. Impressive edifice and so in the middle of the city!!

  • Interesting and free. Great combo. And the lady who works there is awesome!
  • Small and not kept all that well. Museum is exceptionally small as well, plus an unreasonable entry price. My kids were disappointed.
  • Great and very interesting. Staff had excellent knowledge of the period and were very informative. Our children really enjoyed it also
  • Interesting place. Have many fun historical events.
  • As I read the map, there's a Vikingerburg, I was totally interested and am with my wife and my daughter just started. Once there facing the huge wall of wood, fascinating. Disillusionment as it passes through. There is a small pond, a roughly equally large Museum and three houses. All in all not necessarily worth a visit, who however has some time to ferry exit, can himself so that one hour drive away. Stay July 2015
