The most southern point of Sweden with a stunning view over the sea whether calm or stormy. Slightly bumpy walking with stroller or wheelchair but worth the effort. Walk around the corner to see some great artwork installations and an ancient lime kiln.
The southernmost tip of Sweden is bound to deserve a visit. It can be a bit windy and desolate, but the cafeteria (with alcohol rights) closest to the sea is well worth a visit. Follow the scenic route between Trelleborg and Ystad, which is much nicer than the motorway, to get here.
I was there in the Spring before the season began. Nothing was open, except the icecream shop. The icecream was very good. It was rich and creamy.
