  • The most fascinating square of the old town. In 1520 was the scene of "bloodbath". The square is characterized by tall houses with beautiful gables. The square in the Middle Ages was the meeting point of citizens and the market. The wooden houses in the 17° -18° century, were reinforced with stronger structures.

  • A historical and popular spot for tourists in the heart of Gamlastan. Can see a lot of the old city and architecture. The streets are paved with cobblestones and there are a lot of souvenir shops. If you see something you like, and have some time, prices can vary the further out you get from the centre.
  • Best part of the old town. It has a laid-back atmosphere and takes you back hundreds of years.
  • One of the best and most colorful square in Europe. The atmosphere is very suggestive.
  • Nothing special. Historically and nice old town part
  • Wonderful square with the Nobel museum on one side. Worth a visit if you're visiting Stockhom. 😆
