  • Stockholm stands on 14 islands between Lake Mälaren and the Baltic Sea, so all entangled in a network of large and small channels. For those wishing to have the opportunity to explore different routes all year round the town with water during an excursion by boat, ferry or boat. I have usually not enough time to do it and I just walked along the seafront in Riksdag and Drottinggatan Street area. From this point of stadshuset is well observed. Here even there are Rapids and in summer time with them trying to fight canoeists. On the water in winter time put floating platforms for feeding the swans and ducks spring bridges is decorated with hanging pots with flowers that makes them romantic.
