  • The mountain provides a stunning view of the town and the Lake! Definitely worth a detour. The Park will not be calculated into the grade then it is the mountain that is the main attraction. A little bit difficult to come up with the cart/very gasket so pack light. Also works in winter but the absolute best in the summer when the weather is nice!

  • Not many people know this place and that makes it special. One of the highest hill nearby to the city center. Offer good view of the city. Perfect place to have a picnic too. In the summer, locals come here to chill.
  • There is no doubt that this is the best viewing spot in Stockholm! You'll get a marvellous view of the City Hall, Gamla Stan, Norrmälarstrand - well, basically everything you need to see. Be advised that it's quite of a walk up to the mountain and that it might not be suitable for everyone.
  • Beautiful Stockholm panorama in a place not crowded with tourists. Easy accessible from the Old Town or Town Hall.
  • Nice walkway / park that has great views of the water. Was in no rush, so took a walk from Hornstull to Zinkensdamm. Recommend. :o)
  • 4 stars because I had no luck to see everything in good light... if you are going there for the first time you may pass it and you don't know there is such a place nearby. Maybe a small arrow leading to viewing point? Could be hard to reach for people with some disabilities. Anyway it has really good potential and for sure it's worth visiting :))

Glitzy Stockholm provides an abundance of high-end four-star hotels and international chains that come with a reputation of being pricey and feature a distinguished Scandinavian design. You can save yourself a little money by searching out the discounts these hotels often offer. If you're looking for something more affordable, consider the medium-priced hotels north of the Old Town. The least-expensive options lie near Central Station. Since offerings tend to be more affordable the farther you go from the city center, you'll serve yourself well to find a spot near public transport. Hostels in the city tend to fill up fast, so book online in advance. Many of hotels offer the
