  • Let's face it that the weather conditions were not very favourable (gray and very cold) and that in the month of December, all animations are not active. Nevertheless we let be carried by different Swedish habitats throughout the ages. We were able to visit several animated and explained in English as the production and tasting of the famous Swedish flat bread. We had a great time around barbecue made available to grill hot dog sausages then visited part of the Park zoo, aviary, vivarium but also bears, lynx and other bison but seen the hour late (4 pm!) it was becoming difficult to see. Probably more interesting to do in summer!

  • Skansen try to visit all the tourists in Stockholm, great cognitive ethnographic museum, giving a complete picture of the life and life in the past. Then you should visit a mini-zoo with Aquarium. They are small, but it is an interesting supplement to the air museum, and don't need to go anywhere (located next to the main exposition).

  • I loved watching the seals for the first time but beyond that the aquarium collection wasn't that large. The zoo close by (within Skansen) has a great collection of some interesting animals including ...  more »

  • Great place for relaxing day with kids. Many buildings from different regions of Sweden with staff wearing clothing from old times showing and explaining daily life of our grand grand grand fathers. It is not only a skansen, it has also lots of animals, some of them running freely. One of the best tourist attractions in Stockholm.
  • The place is a different company from Skansen itself so you will have to pay a seperate admission if you would like to go in. But the price is worth it. Lots of small animals and reptiles to see. The setting is so much different to that of a zoo. The Lemurs are amazing!
  • Skansen-Akvariet a must see place if you are Stockholm.
  • Inte värt pengarna. Klassisk turistfälla utan något mervärde.
  • Small at the time of the visit due to renovations. Very expensive since the ask for almost as much money to enter the aquarium as they as for entry into Skansen itself.
