  • Honestly, this tower, or as it's called, like the area near it, no I was not impressed. Day yet not all sad, but in the evenings on the Piazza you can meet a motley company of people. I advise you to take a look at it during the day.

  • Sergels Torg was named in honor of court sculptor of King Gustav III, who lived at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. It is clear that Johan Sergel that what turned the area in 60-ies. the XX-th century. But the sculpture in his honour placed at the beginning of the street of the same name. The dominant feature of the square is a giant "g:" is Well-connected, crammed floor of tourist shops, cafes and various centres. At the bottom of the 1-th floor-tourist office in Stockholm. If cards and booklets that you typed on the ferry or in Arlanda you somehow is not enough, then it's time here. In the center of the square-conceptual sculpture Jerstrjoma-"Crystal-vertical accent". As is often the case, residents of the city removed the pathos and pretentiousness of conceptualists and called it the "pointer". Maybe because kristal'nosti because the mud was not, and the pointer can have a vertical emphasis, however both horizontal and diagonal. The area was thought of creators as a cultural centre. It is not a fact, but that the political, largely so. Here constantly there are demonstrations and rallies. Civic activism Swedes can be envied: they have a culture and politics are intertwined.

  • Sergels Torg is a great focal point. Always a lot of people in the movement, for better or worse. Take care of your valuables and keep an eye on your bags. Becomes Messier here the longer into the evening as you go. Would not recommend toddlers to be here when it is dark. If you are lonely girl, I would try to avoid passing here.
