  • The building is nice and the rooms are spacious and well lit. The video rooms which require darkess are well designed. I however found the permanent collection a bit on the depressive side - with the....  more »

  • We decided to go here thinking it would give us something to do. When we arrived it was free admission and lockers. The main exhibition was fascinating but what really made it was the exhibition with....  more »
  • Good and informative museum, and entrance was FREE (except the special exhibitions). The museum wasn't too big, but had really good information on the majority of artwork displayed. There wasn't as much modern art that's not two dimensional (such as sculpture, installation or mixed media), but the collection displayed was quite interesting and had a clear chronological narrative. The adjacent Architecture and Design museum was also spectacular.
  • Best place of Stockholm Views and Art. Do you need some intimate time for your self sit at the restaurant/cafeteria. Avoid weekends, to noisy ... Kids love it. Incredible activities for kids
  • I'm a little bit torn apart... I found the museum as a building and as a place to spend time very attractive. Amazing building, very friendly for visitors. The collection on the other hand is quite compact, not very appealing. Maybe I'm simply immune to the charm of the art after 1970s which makes at least the half of the exhibition. Still, I think that it is worth visiting.
  • I visited the Museum as a part of a conference visit, and get a special guide to explain art pieces. She was very informative and passionate about her job. I found that line of selection little too abstract for my liking, but of course it is a special type of art that requires a background and specific taste. Besides, for the people who likes such stuff, it is probably an ideal museum to go.
  • The second time at this museum and visited the current exhibition. The new media works didint leave a lasting impression and the museum do feels tired like most reviews have stated. Some really nice spots from the windows looking outside!
