  • Wonderful Museum, surprisingly without entrance! Very helpful staff, extremely exhibits from all kinds of artists! Random that day had the Maria Abramovic exhibition, but unfortunately we didn't have the time to sit!

  • Apart from the temporary exhibitions, always of a high standard, what amazed me the most is that permanent and free. Highly recommended, especially for those who think they don't love modern art.

  • The area from open access to this museum I visited in November, and left me amazed. If you like the art modern, not you must lose to it. Not is a museum that requires a tomorrow whole for visit it, which to my me seems a pro, and has great amount of works of great painters, as John grey, Dali, Matisse... In addition when I visited there was an exhibition of a local artist, whose name I do not remember me now, that it's worth much. Highly recommended, no doubt.

  • Great free museum of modern art and architecture with interesting historical info on housing and population in Sweden. Restaurant has gluten free vegan options and outdoor terrace with views across to Djurgården. Cafe is based around interior west facing courtyard which would be lovely on a sunny winter day. Gift shop has some interesting bits and bobs.
  • A nice museum with both permanent and temporary exhibitions. It's not in the same level with Louisiana or other museums of modern art but definitely worth a visit. As well the location itself is beautiful.
  • A great modern art museum in a great location. The modern building is amid a neighborhood of yellow, 19th century architecture. Just so picturesque. In addition to the standing exhibition, The New Human is on exhibit, a reflection of us post-9/11. Very walkable from the city center.
  • Good location (easily accessible). Free admission (June 2016), similar to all Swedish museums. Security lockers are available. Good restaurant with nice view and awesome outdoor seats. Very interesting exhibitions. Truly modern!. Not too busy. Nice shop. (October 2015) I was there during the exhibition of Olafur Eliasson which featured a fan circling in an irregular orbit, water squirting up in cascades, and a labyrinthine architecture of coloured space, among many other interesting works. I shared some photos on the map. (June 2016) The exhibitions (A good home for everyone) and (The New Human) were large, well-organized, and very interesting. A must-see museum.
  • I have visited Stockholm several times but never have I ended up going to Moderna Museet. Well at least before this summer. My family is big friends of museums and I have seen too many in my 21 years of life. Moderna Museet went right to mu top 10 museums. Even my little brother liked it and was interested to explore. The Yayoi Kusama exhibition we went to see was bright, colorful and different in the good way. I will return here in the future.
